Boutique Nest.
A treetop hideaway above the Company Gardens, where the Mother City goes quiet and the leaves do the talking.
A nest in the canopy.
Three floors up, a tall window opens onto the outstretched arm of a plane tree older than the building. Leaves in the morning, lamplight through leaves at night: that view is the whole idea.
Boutique Nest is a one-bedroom apartment shaped around a simple idea: a calm perch above the city. Warm linen, oat wood, living green, and the tree doing most of the work.
Guests come for Table Mountain and Kloof Street. They stay for the third-floor stillness, the light filtering through a hundred leaves, the way the room seems to breathe with the tree.
"The kind of quiet you only find above the treetops."
The tree.
A plane tree older than the building, filling the tall window. Leaves where a skyline would usually be.
The light.
Soft daylight through the canopy in the morning; warm lamplight on linen and oat wood in the evening.
The stillness.
Third-floor quiet in the middle of the city. The kind you notice the moment the door closes behind you.
Inside the nest.
A perch above the Gardens.
The Company Gardens below, Kloof Street's cafés a short walk away, Table Mountain over your shoulder. Stay here and you spend your holiday walking, not commuting.
